The OZ9211Q is a high-voltage LDO that can be connected to automotive batteries. It supports a fixed output of 5V or 3.3V with a load current of up to 150mA. It has low power consumption (16uA typical) and excellent load response. It is ideal as an LDO for powering microcontrollers and similar devices. This product is well-suited for BCP (Business Continuity Planning) in preparation for the upcoming semiconductor shortage.
